Sausages, Bacon and Gammon

All our sausages, bacon and gammon are from Park Farm in Hawkhurst just a few miles up the road from us.

Park Farm is a low intensity pasture farm rearing grass fed cattle and sheep in 300 acres of typical Wealden farmland.

The emphasis is firmly on traditional methods to provide grazing and winter feed for the livestock as well as supporting wild flower meadows, natural habitats, woodland and ponds.

Their free range pork is from Plantation Pigs based on top of the South Downs near Brighton, where the pigs live in the fields their entire life, getting plenty of fresh air and exercise.
