Brighton Blue, High Weald Dairy, East Sussex 150g Brighton Blue is a mild, semi-soft cheese with a mellow blue flavour. It has a slightly salty finish with a delicious melt in the mouth texture. The blue green veins deepen as the cheese matures, and the familiar flavour of the blue deepens. Brighton Blue has an attractive natural edible rind and has won numerous awards including a Super Gold at the world cheese awards.
Burwash Rose, The Traditional Cheese Dairy, Waldron, East Sussex 150g A semi soft cheese, it is creamy and sticky, with a wonderfully pungent aroma – the perfect balance of notes, a true melt in the mouth cheese.
Golden Cross Goats Cheese, Eastbourne, East Sussex, Half A log shaped goat’s milk cheese which can be eaten fresh or matured, lightly charcoaled prior to maturation when a velvety white penicillium mould develops on the surface. Made with raw milk and vegetarian rennet.
Mayfield Swiss, Alsop & Walker, East Sussex 150g – A multi award winning semi-hard cheese with natural eyes and a creamy, sweet, nutty flavour. This cheese ages for five to seven months. Made with pasteurised Cows milk. Suitable for vegetarians
